Job Description Summary

As HR Operations Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end quality of HR Operations administration processes in the countries. You will manage a team of HR Operations specialists and provide compliant wing-to-wing process delivery, monitoring KPIs and ensuring they are met on team and individual levels and that regular operational reviews are held with relevant stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and simplification respective to own processes and responsibilities .You will perform all people management related activities, but not limited to, information sharing with the team, annual priority setting and related quarterly performance evaluation, coaching and individual development support, performance improvement planning, succession, and talent management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead People Operations processes and services including for the GEV employees who are based in the country/location under your responsibility.·
• Lead a team that designs onboarding, offboarding, job change programs & payroll (in compliance with federal/ state requirements)·
• Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE Vernova policy requirements·
• Work closely with respective HR Business Partners for dedicated GEV location and cooperate with senior experts, service delivery and regional product delivery leaders.
• Have significant leadership experience in a complex customer service-oriented operational environment.·
• Build, lead & develop a high-performing team through engaged and passionate leadership.
• Partner across the Vernova People Ops team to help design a future state organization that is positioned to deliver a seamless service experience. Ensure the team has the resources necessary to perform their job responsibilities.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and vendor operational metrics maintained through Daily Management and MOR routines.
• Produce and deliver required employee communications, champion employee experience, manage seamless service experience for tier 2 escalations
• Team management, coaching, performance review, resource management, priority setting· Foster a “one team” environment with the team members while mentoring and coaching them to grow their impact and collaboration within the business.·
• Create a strategic partnership with key outsourced suppliers to drive strong performance and collaboration. Manage and hold them accountable to contractual and operational targets in the HR Operations space.
• Have cultural awareness & sensitivity to flex style to suit differing cultural norms.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement with assigned processes/country and work closely with other People Operations Leaders, HR & Business Leaders and Process Improvement resources to understand root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Measure end-customer satisfaction through weekly evaluation, develop action plan to mitigate any operational risks or to resolve escalated issues.
  

Required Qualifications

• This role requires advanced experience in the Human Resources & HR Operations Service Delivery.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
