The Ford Motor Credit Company (“Ford Credit”) has received the regulatory conditional approval to form Ford Credit Bank("the Bank") to be headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Bank will create innovative and simplified banking solutions to help customers across the country finance the purchase of new Ford vehicles, parts, accessories, EV Infrastructure and software and will accept deposits with competitive rates on FDIC-insured savings accounts and certificates of deposit. The Bank will be a direct and wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Credit, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company (“Ford”).

The Deposit Operations team at Ford Credit Bank is a critical "First Line of Defense" group dedicated to maintaining the integrity and stability of our de novo operations. Our team ensures that
The Cash Management Analyst reports to the Deposit Operations Manager and is responsible for the daily execution, monitoring, and reconciliation of the Bank’s payment systems. This role plays a critical part in managing the lifecycle of monetary transactions, including Wire Transfers, ACH, and Mobile Check Deposits. The Analyst will ensure all processes are conducted within strict regulatory timelines (Reg E, NACHA, OFAC) while providing high-level service to our customers. This position involves proactive problem-solving, data analysis to identify operational trends, and supporting the growth of our online banking platform.
What You’ll Do...
- Manage and execute daily transaction operations including domestic wire transfers, ACH, Mobile Check Deposits, and internal transfers
- Analyze and resolve Reg E dispute claims for ACHs ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines.
- Perform review and clear OFAC hits, and ensure all activities comply with BSA/AML standards.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding monetary requests, providing personalized service and maintaining professional relationships with customers and external financial institutions.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and support system upgrades or testing to enhance the efficiency of the Bank’s payment operations.

You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations, specifically in wire transfers, electronic payments, or cash management.
- Strong knowledge of federal banking regulations including Reg E, NACHA rules, OFAC.

- Experience in a de novo, fintech, or high-velocity digital banking environment.
- Professional certifications such as Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or Certified Payments Professional (CPP).
- Proven analytical ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions to improve operational workflows.
- A passion for leveraging technology and AI to enhance payment processing and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict monetary deadlines.

This position is a salary grade 4 and ranges from $45,500-$84,600.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
