What you'll do:

• Manage daily operations of the exterior services department, ensuring timely completion of projects and assignments.
• Prepare and execute budgets by developing accurate cost estimates for planned and requested projects.
• Approve purchases of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies while verifying receipt and acceptance.
• Lead and coach third-party providers, conducting performance evaluations and quality assurance inspections.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, landscaping, and equipment servicing.
• Operate and maintain vehicles and heavy machinery in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Identify and implement facility upgrades to improve sustainability and reduce operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies promoting  safe and ethical work environment.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in facility maintenance and exterior services, including seasonal landscaping and snow removal operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, approve purchases, and conduct cost comparisons for materials and equipment.
• Skilled in operating and inspecting heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrated capability to lead third-party providers and conduct quality assurance inspections.
• Effective communication skills to assess and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and integrity in all work activities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
