Description
Support Reliability and Design Validation Testing for New Products. Support Advanced Development projects through rapid testing and mechanical design of fixtures. Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or another related field. Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm) Ability to communicate test results in an effective manner Passion for consumer products Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members Hands-on problem-solving skills Basic understanding of risk assessment tools Microsoft Office tools SolidWorks Proficiency Hands-on experience with building or troubleshooting electro-mechanical test fixtures Experience with manual and automated data collection and analysis Familiarity with DFMEA process Experience with Root Cause/Failure Analysis Experience creating or modifying test methods Experience with the following programs: JMP, ReliaSoft, LabView JIRA, Confluence Basic understanding of Reliability Engineering and predictive modeling
