About the location:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie specialized in all type and Mauritian cuisine to join our culinary team.

The candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience preparation, while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and supporting the team
• Ensure consistency and quality of all food produced
• Support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs in daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
• Assist with training junior team members when required
• Control wastage and follow proper portion standards
• Ensure mise en place is organized and prepared on time

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience
• Basic English communication skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
• Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP standards

Preferred Profile

• Experience in luxury hotels or high-volume restaurants
• Passion for authentic cuisine and presentation
• Organized, disciplined, and reliable
