What you'll do:

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with project goals.
• Build AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components using multiple programming languages.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to define success metrics and optimize development processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tools, processes, and product quality.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to develop secure, maintainable, and modular solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.
• Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and monitoring.
• Skilled in conducting system design reviews and applying data-driven decision making to optimize engineering outcomes.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions to promote engineering excellence and sustainability.
• Effective collaboration skills to communicate complex technical concepts across teams and stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
