Compensation Package

• Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 110-115 New York Workers Compensation claims.
• Handle litigation on applicable claims.
• Ensure timely follow-through on claim diaries to avoid penalties.
• Collaborate with team members and management to provide exceptional service to clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active New York Workers Compensation Adjuster license is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Willingness to attend a one-week training session.
