You'll build and hold candidate pipelines for niche, hard-to-fill roles — running Boolean searches across LinkedIn, job boards, and online communities, then screening and scheduling before a recruiter ever steps in. On custom, high-touch hires, you'll run sourcing, outreach, screening, and scheduling in a single day.
This isn't a full-cycle recruiting seat — you won't be running interviews or making offers. What you will do is make the call, before anyone else sees a resume, on whether a candidate is strong enough to move forward.

You'll hunt down candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and online communities — running Boolean searches and testing keyword combinations until the right people surface. You're building pipelines for the reqs open today and the ones opening next month, and logging all of it in Penthouse, Magic's in-house ATS, so nothing gets lost.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with recruiters to understand exactly what "qualified" means for each req, then keep sourcing paced to their timelines. For niche and custom requests, you're also the one getting candidates onto the calendar — scheduling is part of the job, not an afterthought.
Candidate Engagement & Screening
You're the first filter before anyone else sees a resume — reaching out, gauging real interest, and screening for fit before you endorse anyone up the chain. You'll keep candidates warm with real communication, not templated silence, because a good pipeline is really just a lot of relationships you didn't let go cold.

What You Bring
- 1–3 years of dedicated sourcing experience — this is a sourcing seat, not a full-cycle recruiting one, so we're looking for someone who already thinks like a sourcer.
- A track record finding candidates for niche or hard-to-fill roles across LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and online communities.
- Hands-on Boolean search and keyword optimization skills.
- Comfortable running multiple sourcing requests and accounts at once in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Professional English, written and verbal.
- WFH setup: 8GB+ RAM with an Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or better, 40 Mbps+ internet with backup, noise-cancelling headset with mic and webcam, backup computer and connection, quiet dedicated workspace.

The Reality
This role sits within Magic's Boutique team, supporting recruiters across general, niche, and custom-hire requisitions — everything from SDRs and bookkeepers to project managers and full custom accounts. The pool for niche and custom roles is often small, so real sourcing work is the norm, not the exception, and priorities can flip from a slow-burn niche search to an all-day custom-hire sprint without warning.
Shift: 9 AM–6 PM PHT (flexible start options: 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM), Monday–Friday, reporting to the Recruitment Manager. Your first 30 days are fully dedicated to onboarding — ramping into Magic's tools and processes, including full training on Penthouse. KPI expectations begin at Day 90: Matching Interview Pass Rate ≥60% (monthly), Hire Hit Rate ≥15%, Drop-off Rate <5%, and Daily Endorsements of 1–3 for niche reqs or 8 for custom hires.
