About the role:
- Support Facility Manager in day-to-day workplace and facilities operations.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and service standards.
- Manage office supplies, consumables, and inventory levels.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and workplace support.
- Build and maintain relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and building management.
- Conduct workplace inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and service issues.
- Manage visitor registration, security passes, and courier services.
- Monitor, track, and resolve work orders and service requests via FM systems.
- Maintain facilities records, service logs, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and service providers while ensuring compliance.
- Perform health, safety, compliance checks, and incident reporting.
- Support meeting room setups, workplace events, office moves, onboarding, and workspace arrangements.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and continuous workplace improvement programs.
About you:
- Experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Office Administration, or Corporate Real Estate.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and building management relationships.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and workplace compliance standards.
- Experience using FM systems, service request tracking, and administrative tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and administrative processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
