Content Coordinator

KPF, a global architecture practice headquartered in New York City, is seeking a Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to get hands-on experience in content production at a global architecture firm — supporting photo shoots, contributing to the website and social channels, and helping bring the firm's print publications to life. The work is fast-paced, detail-oriented, intellectually stimulating, and highly valued. We will support your growth through collaboration, mentorship, and providing support and space for you to contribute ideas, develop expertise, build relationships, and explore new initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with content production for photo and video assets, including scheduling shoots and coordinating logistics 

• Support website content updates and social media asset creation 

• Help produce special print projects, including self-published books and the firm's semi-annual magazine 

• Support marketing campaigns tied to project milestones and firm-wide themes 

• Help maintain project stats and multimedia assets in OpenAsset 

• Coordinate with architects and designers to gather content, imagery, and project information 

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in content, marketing, or communications; internship experience a plus 

• Strong writing skills and attention to detail 

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite 

• Fluency in social media trends and platforms 

• Eager to learn, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks 

• Bachelor's degree in design, communications, or similar creative focus area 

• A demonstrated interest or background in architecture or urban planning preferred 

Work Environment: This position requires you to be in person 5 days per week.

 

Pay Range:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 Annual
