Responsibilities:
Ensure contracts align with organizational objectives, guiding stakeholders to understand risks and rewards effectively
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to assess contracts, fostering collaboration and maximizing efficiency
Empower global sales teams by providing expert support during negotiations, driving successful outcomes
Utilize legal acumen to draft and evaluate commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and efficacy
Innovate standard contracts and templates, streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency
Drive excellence in audits and certifications, maintaining adherence to industry standards
Spearhead contract review and improvement processes, optimizing organizational effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in business law, similar studies or state examination in law or "certificate-free"
Ideally several years of industry-relevant professional experience
Business-level German and English
Teamplayer, communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization as well as the legal department
Anticipates, understands, and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer-centric approach
