The Job:  

As a Project Analyst, you will play a key role in driving project visibility, governance, reporting, and coordination across a portfolio of initiatives. You’ll get to:  

  • Support the development and ongoing execution of the Continuous Improvement Framework and Governance Model for the Global Shared Services PMO.

  • Partner closely with Project Managers to support successful execution of projects across multiple workstreams.

  • Coordinate project activities including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, action item tracking, and follow-up communications.

  • Monitor the adherence of core project management artifacts such as status reports, action logs, milestone trackers, risk and issue logs, and other governance documentation.

  • Track project progress at a high level and help identify potential risks, delays, dependencies, or gaps requiring escalation.

  • Support the preparation, consolidation, and finalization of materials used to communicate project and program health, including Steering Committee presentations, leadership updates, and weekly project cadences.

  • Gather updates from team members and stakeholders to ensure information is accurately reflected in project reporting and communications.

  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, tools, and reporting practices.

The Person:

  • ~3 years in large multi-national Company (preferably diversified US / public company).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.

  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, PowerBU, SAP, Jira, or similar platforms preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, engineering or closely related field.

  • Effectively manage multiple deliverables and priorities & meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguity.
