Bookkeeper – Hybrid Remote Opportunity

What You’ll Do

 Perform monthly bank reconciliations for 30+ entities and individuals.
 Record daily financial transactions and update the general ledger in real time.
 Organize and digitally file financial documents, including:
o Insurance policies
o Notices
o Invoices
 Complete annual compliance filings:
o 1099s
o Annual LLC registrations
o Business license renewals
 Assist the Controller with overall accounting tasks.
 Perform other appropriate duties and projects as assigned by the Controller.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping experience
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A service-oriented mindset, trustworthiness, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• The capability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred although experience will be considered in lieu of degree
