Head of Corporate Secretary and Corporate Governance

The Corporate Secretary and Corporate Governance Head role offers a strategic opportunity to lead and enhance our governance practices, critical to upholding our commitment to transparency and ethical leadership. This position plays a key role in ensuring effective board operations and compliance with regulatory requirements, directly contributing to our mission of maintaining organizational integrity and stakeholder trust. Position Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the organization adheres to legal standards and corporate governance best practices

• Develop, implement, and monitor governance policies and practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Advise the board and senior management on governance best practices and emerging trends.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including filings and disclosures.

• Identify and manage risks related to corporate governance and compliance

• Facilitate communication and engagement with external and internal stakeholders.

• Develop and update corporate policies related to governance, ethics, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Law

• Minimal 10 years experience in financial industry with good track record.

• Have good and strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills.

• Capable to maintain positive communication with any stakeholders

• Strong understanding of Company Law, OJK regulations and governance standard

Preferred Qualifications:

• High attention to detail, integrity and discretion

• Able to work with senior executive and Board members confidently and professionally
