Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 to $200,000+ (commensurate with experience)
• Commission Splits: Competitive, with most shops offering 40/30 splits

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust portfolio of clients within your designated territory within the middle and large market space
• Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with local offices and recruiters to align strategies and achieve regional goals.
• Meet or exceed production targets, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide clients with expert advice.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on middle or large markets.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
• Ability to demonstrate consistent production numbers.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
