Positions Responsibilities:
- Finalize and maintain the field coverage model, including territory definitions, hub assignments, site priority tiers, staffing requirements, and service coverage across the West and Midwest/Central regions
- Own end-to-end field technology service delivery and building technology outcomes, establishing clear site accountability and moving the organization from primarily ticket- and service level agreements (SLA)-driven response to proactive resident ownership
- Develop and execute a field wireless and network performance strategy, including ongoing optimization as warehouse layouts, equipment, and automation footprints change
- Ensure field technology readiness for automated storage and retrieval systems, warehouse automation, AI-enabled workflows, and other operational technology go-lives
- Partner with Reyes Holdings IT and third-party providers to define retained services, service boundaries, escalation paths, knowledge-transfer requirements, and service levels
- Assume accountability for the network and wireless services designated for management, including service health, performance, risk identification, and continuous improvement
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 12 plus years of related experience and 7 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 15 plus years of specific experience and 9 plus years of leadership experience.
- Information technology experience focused on field, infrastructure, network, or end-user technology operations
- Experience building, scaling, transforming, or insourcing a geographically distributed field support organization
- Experience leading multi-site network, wireless, infrastructure, and end-user technology operations in business-critical environments
- Experience transitioning services from a managed service provider to an in-house team, including governance, knowledge transfer, service boundaries, escalation paths, and service-level definition
- Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-million-dollar operating budget, vendor portfolio, and distributed workforce plan
- Ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, delegate effectively, make sound decisions, and prioritize work across a distributed team
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in a related field and relevant professional certifications preferred.
- Experience in beverage, consumer packaged goods, or similar industries.
- Expertise supporting manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and commercial operations, including automation and enterprise wireless environments.
- Experience with end-user technologies, including mobile devices, conferencing and AV solutions, hardware lifecycle management, and executive support.
- Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed teams and large-scale organizational change initiatives.
