We have a real momentum building with a shared sense of purpose and ambition. An opportunity has arisen within the Finance Directorate for a Senior Valuer in our Estates service team.
The role will provide a professional estate management service in respect of Torbay Council’s commercial portfolio and proactively identify opportunities to increase all commercial property returns to the Council. Delivering a full range of property valuation services in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Red Book and assisting with accommodation, land and property issues on behalf of the Council and its clients.

Experience & Qualifications
- Contributing successfully to effective team working and successful inter-disciplinary initiatives.
- Degree and Membership of RICS. Alternatively Associate Membership of RICS.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
