As an Account Coordinator, you will support the execution of artist commerce initiatives across touring, e-commerce, retail, VIP, licensing, events, and pop-up activations. Working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help coordinate merchandising projects from concept through fulfillment by tracking deliverables, facilitating communication, and ensuring projects remain organized and on schedule. You will assist with product development, client requests, and day-to-day project execution while collaborating with creative, production, operations, finance, and fulfillment teams to deliver a seamless experience for artists and their teams. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll do:

Support Client Relationships & Day-to-Day Account Management

  • Partner closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service to artists, management, and internal teams. Support Account Managers through proactive communication, meeting coordination, follow-up, and execution across touring, e-commerce, retail, VIP, and licensing initiatives.

Coordinate Merchandise & Commerce Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of merchandising and commerce initiatives by tracking deliverables, coordinating product launches, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through completion while contributing ideas that enhance the fan experience.

Support Project Coordination & Product Development

  • Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of merchandise projects, including product setup, approvals, artwork routing, placing orders, sample tracking, inventory coordination, and launch readiness. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all project details are organized and executed on schedule.

Coordinate Cross-Functional Communication & Operational Excellence

  • Serve as a key point of coordination between creative, production, finance, touring, e-commerce, retail, and external partners. Ensure information is communicated clearly, action items are tracked, new clients onboarded, and processes are followed to keep projects moving efficiently and accurately.

Who you are:

  • 1+ years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, retail, marketing, project coordination, entertainment, or a related field, with an interest in artist commerce.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with teammates and cross-functional partners and is comfortable following up, asking questions, and keeping projects on track.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity while being adaptable to ever changing shifts, changes and seasonal ebbs and flows of the business
  • Passionate about music, merchandising, and fan experiences, with a collaborative attitude and a desire to contribute to outstanding client service and the successful execution of artist commerce initiatives.
