Job Responsibilities

Title - HR Project Manager

Location - Hyderabad - Hybrid

 

• Coordinate HR operating rhythms, governance activities, and recurring leadership forums.

• Support PMO operations, portfolio administration, reporting, and prioritization activities.

• Support the planning and execution of strategic HR initiatives and programs.

• Prepare presentations, updates, communications, and materials for stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, templates, and ways of working.

• Support tracking of action items, milestones, risks, and project deliverables.

• Assist with maintaining project plans, status updates, and project documentation.

• Utilize project management tools and PMO practices to support project execution.

• Participate in governance activities and project lifecycle processes.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

• Comfortable preparing presentations, meeting materials, communications, and executive-ready deliverables.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented

• Strong ability to be flexible in an ambiguous and changing environment

• Strong ability to work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

 

Additional Details -

 

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, project management, organizational development, communications, or a related field.
• Internship, university project, volunteer, event, or administrative coordination experience.
• Project management coursework or certification.
• Exposure to HR, business operations, or global teamwork.
