System Vice President, Total Rewards

Dartmouth Health is pleased to announce a national search for its next System Vice President, Total Rewards.
This high-profile system leader will provide enterprise-wide oversight of Benefits, Compensation, and Occupational and Employee Health. The role emphasizes strategic direction, system alignment, and the fostering of top talent across the Dartmouth Health system.
About the job:Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer for Dartmouth Health, the System Vice President is responsible for defining the philosophy, priorities, and decision-making frameworks that ensure the system’s compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and financially sustainable. The role is also accountable for providing strategic guidance and operational oversight of Occupational Medicine and Employee Health & Wellness across all system sites.
*This role requires an onsite presence. Candidates must be willing to live within a commutable distance to Dartmouth Health headquarters in Lebanon, NH.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills as a business partner with an executive-level presence, financial acumen, and the ability to interact successfully with a variety of departments and external partners. They will also have experience supporting Board-level governance and fiduciary committees.

Minimum qualifications:
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree and have a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Total Rewards within a complex, multi-entity organization.
Healthcare experience is strongly preferred, as well as professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CEBS, etc.
