Job Responsibilities:
- Job Sourcing: Utilize various methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Candidate Assessment: Administer assessments or tests as necessary to evaluate candidate skills and suitability for specific roles.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice through compelling job postings, social media presence, and participation in recruitment events.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
- Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Proven track record in volume hiring
- Previous experience hiring in Hong Kong is an added advantage
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate evaluations and documentation.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Ethics: Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive candidate information.
