Job Description
Are you a paid social expert looking to lead high-impact campaigns, drive innovation, and mentor a growing team? Publicis Media is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social to shape the future of social media marketing while working with some of the world’s biggest brands.
As an Associate Director, Paid Social, you will be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class paid social media strategies, driving business growth, and leading a team of specialists. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee campaign performance, and ensure the flawless execution of data-driven, audience-first marketing solutions along with the experience of issuing and managing social credits.
Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Paid Social Strategies: Oversee paid social media planning, execution, and optimization across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and X.
- Client & Team Leadership: Manage client relationships, present insights, and guide a team of strategists to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Use data-driven insights to refine media strategies, improve ROI, and maximize campaign impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (strategy, creative, analytics) and media partners to create integrated marketing solutions.
- Industry Expertise & Innovation: Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
- Managing and Issuing social credits
- Mentorship & Team Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of specialists, ensuring continued growth and success.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in paid social media planning, buying, and optimization.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into successful social strategies.
- Experience managing client relationships, presenting strategic insights, and handling media budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI measurement, attribution models, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with social media ad platforms, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Familiar with non-disclosed media buying in a plus
- Experience issuing and managing social credits

Salary
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $85,000-$90,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
