TITLE: Senior Accountant
EMPLOYER: AES Clean Energy Services LLC
LOCATION: 2180 S 1300 E #500, Salt Lake City, UT 84106
DUTIES: Monitor AES’ P2P Processes and ensure optimal process efficiency by ensuring the proper implementation
of SAP GUI and FIORI; Identify areas that require improvement in the overall P2P Process and make suggestions
based on AES’ specific project management capabilities. Conduct IRS Process reviews. Handle reconciliation
process escalation for AP Accounts (GRIR and Trade Payables). Utilizing AES-tailored SAP System. Identify
downpayment process improvements and reporting. Reclassify them to the right accounts. Improve payment
processes for P2P processes by applying international experience gained with AES. Leverage strong relationship
with AES’ Share Service Center in Argentina to align AES Clean Energy’s accounts payable processes with the
global accounts payable processes used in Argentina that operating in alignment with AES’ global IT infrastructure.
Monitor Accounts Payable inquiries utilizing AES-tailored SAP system.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Industrial Organization, Finance or closely related field and 3 years of accounting experience.
Experience must include 3 years with each of the following:
- Working with SAP systems, including SAP GUI and/or SAP Fiori, in a financial or operational context.
- Monitoring or supporting Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes, including AP, Vendor Master Data, or invoice workflows
- Conducting process assessments or reviews related to P2P, AP, or other finance operations
- Performing AP reconciliations, including GR/IR, trade payables, or comparable account reconciliations.
- Improving financial or operational processes using cross‑regional, international, or multi‑business‑unit exposure
- Collaborating with Shared Service Centers or global cross‑functional teams.
- Using digital tools for automation and reporting, such as Power BI, RPA tools, or workflow‑automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate).
- Handling AP inquiries within SAP or another enterprise‑level ERP system.
