Treasury Analyst - Treasury Solutions and Automation

## The group you’ll be a part of

The position will report through Global Treasury Operations while working closely with the leaders of Treasury Systems, Planning & Analytics and FX & Emerging Technologies. This structure is intended to provide strong day-to-day operational support while also enabling the role to contribute to broader digital transformation, analytics, automation, and emerging technology initiatives across Treasury.

## What you’ll do

Treasury Systems Administration

• Support day-to-day administration of Treasury’s core systems, including user access, configuration, workflow maintenance, reporting setup, and system controls.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and process maps to support operational continuity and audit readiness.
• Support system governance activities, including change management, access reviews, and control documentation.
• Assist with dashboards, data validation, and analytics supporting Treasury operations, liquidity, FX, and systems oversight.

Banking Connectivity & Payment Reliability

• Support banking connectivity, payment file transmission, bank account administration, and related controls.
• Monitor payment workflows and help resolve payment exceptions, connectivity issues, or file transmission failures.
• Assist with bank onboarding, system integration, and testing related to new banking services or account structures.
• Partner with Cash Management Operations and Funding & Liquidity Operations to support reliable execution of treasury transactions.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Work closely with Treasury Operations, Treasury Systems, FX, Accounting, IT, Tax, Legal, and banking partners.
• Support projects involving treasury system implementations, banking changes, payment process improvements, and digital transformation.

Participate in cross-functional initiatives that improve Treasury’s operational resilience, scalability, and reporting capabilities.

Serve as a bridge between Treasury business users and technical system support teams.

## Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Power Automate, or similar automation and analytics tools.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury operations, financial systems, banking operations, finance technology, accounting, audit, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with financial systems, structured data, process documentation, and operational controls.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

## Preferred qualifications

• Experience with a Treasury Management System, such as Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, Quantum, or similar platform.
• Knowledge of banking portals, payment workflows, SWIFT, host-to-host connectivity, or bank file formats.
• Familiarity with SOX controls, access reviews, audit support, and segregation of duties concepts.
• Exposure to cash management, foreign exchange, debt, intercompany funding, or treasury operations.
• Experience working with IT, banking partners, or system vendors.
• Interest in AI, automation, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
