Germany & Benelux | Hamburg (Home-Office Based)Garant Safety UAB is an international maritime service provider specializing in fire and rescue equipment, lifeboats, and davits for commercial vessels. To strengthen our presence in Germany and the Benelux region, we are looking for a Key Account & Business Development Manager with strong hunting capabilities and maritime experience.Your role:⎯Develop and grow key accounts with ship managers and owners⎯Actively acquire new customers and framework agreements⎯Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to contract⎯Work closely with technical and operational teams⎯Travel regularly within Germany and BeneluxWhat we offer:⎯Base salary from €80,000 gross per year**⎯Performance-based variable compensation of 30%⎯(OTE approx. €100,000+ at target achievement)⎯Company car or car allowance (separate policy)⎯Home-office based role with full travel expense coverage⎯30 days of annual leave⎯Occupational pension contribution (bAV)⎯Long-term development opportunity in a growing maritime groupHow performance is rewarded:⎯Variable compensation is linked to clearly defined quarterly sales targets⎯Performance is tracked transparently⎯Payout is proportional to target achievement, with additional upside for exceeding targetsYour profile:⎯ MARITIME BUSINESS experience in B2B sales or business development, or experience in technical, operational, or supply role within ship management industry (MUST)⎯ Fluent German and very good English language skills (Speaking, writing, understanding)⎯ Proven ability to win new business and manage key accounts⎯ Maritime clients networking and partnership experience and portfolio (Advantage)⎯ Comfortable working independently in a field-based role Send You CV to [email protected]
