Data entry and payment processing of contractsBack-up for warranty registrations and rebatesClerical duties will include scanning, filing, and copingGood phone skills requiredAssist with other accounting work as assignedAssists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures related to the accounting department and its staffDaily / weekly status reports for managementUndertaking special projects as neededMinimum 2+ years accounting and clerical/office management experienceDemonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality and efficiency.Ability to work in a team environmentSelf-motivated, pro-active, & decisiveAbility to multi taskDetail oriented and organizational skills requiredIntermediate Excel skills required; understand filters, formulas, sum-ifsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and AdobeMAS 200 working knowledge is big plusHours are 8-5 pm daily, overtime as needed
