As a Technical Program Manager within Global Product Creation, you will play a key role in the execution and delivery of high-impact transformation initiatives, with a specific focus on driving a significant, modernizing transformation in our product definition capabilities.
This role has a truly global scope, supporting diverse vehicle programs around the world that are manufactured across our international plants. Sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and engineering, you will contribute directly to the product group vision and roadmap, helping define tactical plans and execution strategies in alignment with broader digital and industrial goals. You will translate high-level strategy into actionable user stories and technical requirements, partnering closely with engineering, design, and platform teams to coordinate the end-to-end agile delivery, launch, and quality of scalable features while managing day-to-day trade-offs and timelines. Additionally, you will safeguard delivery health by tracking key KPIs, monitoring system and product performance, participating in incident response, managing project budgets, mitigating team-level delivery risks, and identifying opportunities to leverage modern technologies like AI to drive operational efficiency.
Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
What you'll do...
- Contribute to the product group vision and roadmap, helping define tactical plans and execution strategies in alignment with broader digital and industrial goals.
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable user stories and technical requirements, partnering with engineering and platform teams to build scalable features while managing trade-offs and project timelines.
- Coordinate the end-to-end agile delivery and launch of features, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and product to ensure quality and timely execution.
- Identify and track dependencies and integrations across cross-functional teams, helping resolve blockers to ensure smooth, continuous end-to-end value delivery.
- Gather and analyze internal customer feedback, telemetry, and discovery insights to make informed, data-driven decisions for product improvement.
- Track key KPIs, monitor system and product health, support operational improvements, and participate in incident response efforts.
- Build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and engineering partners, serving as a reliable point of contact to align technical delivery with product requirements.
- Guide day-to-day execution within a collaborative, customer-centric team environment, promoting agile best practices and peer mentoring.
- Support resource and project budget tracking, help identify and mitigate team-level delivery risks, and assist in identifying opportunities to leverage modern technologies like AI to drive efficiency
You'll have...
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Programming or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 5+ years of experience with coordinating Agile teams, and having a solid understanding of Agile ceremonies, iterative delivery, and change management.
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience with skills including the following:
- Strong collaboration and peer-mentoring skills, with experience guiding project teams toward common delivery goals.
- Clear and articulate communicator, comfortable facilitating team-level discussions, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and translating technical progress into clear updates.
- Ability to build relationships and influence peers in a matrixed environment, proactively resolving execution-level conflicts and bottlenecks.
- Solid understanding of program management metrics, including resource tracking, scheduling, and project prioritization.
- Familiarity with Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and utilizing user feedback loops to prioritize features.
- Self-motivated coordinator who manages immediate delivery timelines, anticipates project risks, and adapts quickly to changing priorities.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar
- Automotive Engineering experience
- Good understanding of Dassault 3DX capabilities and its ecosystem
- Strong results orientation, helping to drive accountability and structured progress metrics across immediate team deliverables

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $132,800- 250,800.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
