Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Sales Operations Manager to oversee, optimize, and streamline our sales processes. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales organization - managing leads, tracking deals, and monitoring daily sales activities to ensure peak performance.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep, end-to-end understanding of B2B sales and brings a rock-solid background in operations management. You will act as a strategic partner to the sales team, using your expertise to coach reps, spot growth opportunities, and break down silos by collaborating seamlessly across departments.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Deal Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of leads and deals in the pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow-ups, and smooth transitions through the B2B sales funnel.
Sales Activity Tracking: Monitor and report on daily sales activities, KPIs, and metrics to ensure the team is hitting targets and operating efficiently.
Strategic Coaching: Act as a mentor to the sales team, coaching them on operational best practices, CRM hygiene, and process adherence.
Opportunity Spotting: Analyze sales data and pipeline trends to identify roadblocks, forecast accurately, and spot new revenue or efficiency opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Recruitment, Finance and Service Delivery teams to ensure alignment, streamline handoffs, and drive a unified go-to-market strategy.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine sales workflows, removing friction and building scalable operations to support business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Operations Expertise: A strong background in operations management is a must. You should know how to build, scale, and troubleshoot complex workflows.
B2B Sales Knowledge: Comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of the B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding.
CRM Proficiency: Mandatory experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage data, build dashboards, and automate processes.
Zoho Experience: Previous experience using Zoho CRM is a strong plus (good to have).
Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive projects across different departments.
Analytical & Coaching Skills: Strong ability to translate raw data into actionable insights, spot market or process opportunities, and effectively coach team members to success.
