Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
• Manage the company's main email account and respond to inquiries

• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing
• Ensure all office supplies are well-stocked and order new supplies when needed
• Keep track of employee attendance and notify managers of any absences
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations within the office

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional and pleasant demeanor
