Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory control processes for the retail operation, including receiving, tracking,processing, storing, transferring, and distributing merchandise. Ensures inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reporting, data
entry, and established inventory controls while maintaining an organized and efficient storeroom. Serves as operational support
and backup to the Retail Manager, assisting with merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations as needed. This
position reports to the Retail Manager.
Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Monitor, receive, process, and distribute all retail merchandise, grocery and supply orders.
• Track all incoming shipments through daily receiving logs, verifying accuracy against purchase orders,
and invoices.
• Enter purchase orders and receiving information into the retail inventory system while maintaining
accurate inventory records.
• Ticket, label, handle, store, rotate, and prepare merchandise for distribution in accordance with
established procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by researching and resolving discrepancies, completing adjustments, and investigating shortages or overages.
• Assist with completing weekly retail cycle counts and assist with quarterly and annual physical
inventories.
• Prepare reports related to damages, shortages, returns, transfers, and other inventory variances.
• Maintain controls for inventory movement, including cross-unit transfers and proper documentation.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, secure, and efficient stockroom- warehouse environment.
• Support loss prevention efforts through inventory controls, secure storage practices, and adherence to company procedures.
• Assist with merchandising and sales floor replenishment by stocking displays and creating visually
appealing presentations that maximize product visibility and enhance the guest experience.
• Assist in training retail associates on proper receiving, inventory handling, stockroom organization, and inventory control procedures.
• Safely operate material handling equipment and other warehouse equipment, as applicable.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent required; some college preferred.
• General Windows-based computer use; knowledge of retail POS system preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail required.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
• Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the unit. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
• Lift, carry, and push up to 15 lbs. regularly, 20-25 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand for the entire workday and climb steps regularly.
• Withstand temperature extremes in freezer, refrigerator walk-in, and warehouse.
• Reading and writing work-related documents in English.
• Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of vendors, drivers and co-workers and the ability to speak clearly so that you can be understood by same in English.
• Constantly communicate and receive verbal communication with other employees in fast-paced environments.
• Physical presence at the job site is essential to perform job duties.
• Ability to travel between different units within the park.

• Typical office equipment (computers, phone system, fax, copiers, scanners, among others).
• Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) used: goggles and gloves
