Your mission

• You will develop, strengthen, and implement a global talent strategy that is aligned with Adragos Pharma’s business objectives and growth plans.
• You will build structured development pathways for different functions, levels, sites, and employee populations, taking local development needs and succession planning into account.
• You will identify critical skills and capability gaps across the Group in close collaboration with local business leaders and site teams.
• You will contribute to the development of a long-term learning roadmap that supports business priorities and future capability needs.
• You will support the implementation of digital learning tools and LMS solutions to enhance learning effectiveness and accessibility across the organization.
• You will provide operational P&C support for the Barcelona office if based there, depending on location.

Your profile

• You have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR / P&C Development, ideally gained in an international and matrixed environment.
• You have proven experience in designing and implementing competency-based development approaches and learning frameworks that support business and employee development.
• You have a strong track record of working across multiple sites, business units, or functions and of successfully collaborating with diverse stakeholders in an international context.
• You have solid project management and cross-functional coordination skills and are able to drive initiatives from concept to implementation in a structured and efficient way.
• You have experience working in regulated environments, ideally within manufacturing or pharma, which is considered a strong advantage.
• You have familiarity with digital learning tools and LMS platforms and are comfortable using technology to support modern learning and development solutions.
• You have the ability to translate business needs into practical talent management projects and learning solutions that create measurable impact.
• You have experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a complex, international, matrixed environment while maintaining a clear focus on quality and deadlines.
• You have strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills and are able to build trust and credibility across different levels of the organization.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are confident in working with both local and international teams.
• You have a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset and enjoy taking ownership in a dynamic environment.
• You have a high level of accountability, reliability, and prioritization skills and are able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• You have strong cultural awareness and a customer- and service-oriented approach that helps you work effectively with different teams and business contexts.
• You are willing to travel regularly to company sites to support close collaboration with operations and local business teams.

Education

• You have a degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

IT Skills

• You have strong MS Office skills.
• You have experience with HR software; experience with Personio is an advantage.

Languages

• You have fluent English skills, which are mandatory.
• You have fluent French skills.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
