What this role is all about 

The Compliance Specialist will actively enhance the compliance function by successfully fulfilling operational tasks for the establishment and enhancement of an effective compliance system. This includes and is not limited to participation in compliance projects on the level of the Group, Third Parties Risk management, compliance training/educations, risk analysis etc.

 

What you'll do 

• Administering compliance requests and compliance reports, along with other general inquiries in terms of compliance to our companies and offices 
• Developing documentation for internal processes and identify areas where compliance alignments need to be made 
• Administer processes around Third parties Risk management and Due Diligence 
• Reviewing compliance clauses in commercial agreements 
• Detecting compliance risks in our operations and proactively advise on possible non-compliance matters 
• Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding international legal operations 
• Help in implementation of compliance polices throughout Infobip group 
• Working with and help supporting other corporate functions within the organization in terms of compliance 
• Collaborate with Compliance Team to constantly improve processes and workflows 
• Provide backup to your fellow Compliance team members on projects and tasks 
• Participating in activities to create risk awareness within the organization 
• Help create educational and instructional compliance materials, guides, templates, and other resources 
• Conduct any required testing related to red flags follow up or remediation 
• Review compliance reports to ensure its accuracy as well as follow up and remediation of any observations 
• Conduct additional data analytics 
• Ensure storage and evidence of all compliance information 
• Assist Compliance managers in all their activities (e.g., trainings and awareness, data analytics, regular rhythm with the team and business, drafting presentations, meeting notes) 
• Point of contact on compliance matters for business and regions 

 

What makes you a strong fit 

• You have a minimum 3 years of experience in the field 
• You have higher education degree, law – LLB and/or LLM 
• You are solution oriented 
• You have a general understanding of compliance system, compliance program and identification of compliance risks 
• You have general knowledge of Third-party Risk management, Anti Bribery and Corruption processes and other Compliance related areas 
• Full professional fluency in English  
• Effective task management 
• Interdisciplinary approach to tasks 
• You love setting up and driving development processes 
• You have a developed passion for technology, for studying and researching different legislation 
• You have excellent organizational, analytical, and writing skills; you are quick learner, and you have a strong sense of initiative 
• You are ready to travel
