The ideal candidate combines strong business judgment, project leadership, executive presence, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

What a typical day looks like:

·       Lead or coordinate high-impact strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and special projects that span functions, regions, and business units.

·       Monitor progress, surface risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution or escalation of issues that could affect outcomes.

·       Provide structured analysis and recommendations to support prioritization, resource decisions, and executive decision-making.

Leadership Operating Rhythm and Governance

·       Design and manage the operating cadence for the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, including staff meetings, strategy reviews, business reviews, and planning sessions.

·       Develop agendas, pre-reads, decision materials, executive presentations, dashboards, and action trackers.

·       Capture key decisions, assign clear ownership, and ensure disciplined follow-through on commitments and deliverables.

·       Coordinate annual and quarterly planning activities and maintain alignment between strategic priorities and ongoing execution.

Cross-Functional Alignment and Stakeholder Engagement

·       Serve as a central point of coordination across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Communications.

·       Build productive relationships with senior leaders and functional partners to align objectives, resolve competing priorities, and accelerate execution.

·       Facilitate complex discussions, clarify decision rights, and ensure stakeholders have the information required to act.

·       Represent the Global Supply Chain Leader in selected forums and working sessions, as appropriate.

Program Management and Organizational Effectiveness

·       Establish fit-for-purpose program governance, workplans, risk management, reporting, and change management for priority initiatives.

·       Create transparency through concise status reporting, performance indicators, and executive-level insights.

·       Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify ways of working, and strengthen execution discipline across the organization.

·       Leverage digital, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, visibility, and decision speed.

Executive Communications and Special Projects

·       Prepare leadership communications, organizational updates, talking points, presentations, and other executive content.

·       Synthesize complex information into clear, concise narratives and recommendations for senior audiences.

·       Lead confidential or time-sensitive assignments requiring discretion, sound judgment, and close coordination with senior stakeholders.

·       Anticipate business needs and proactively address gaps that may affect leadership effectiveness or organizational performance.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

·       8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management, strategy, supply chain, operations, transformation, consulting, or a related discipline.

·       Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrixed organization.

·       Experience partnering with senior executives and preparing materials for executive decision-making.

·       Supply chain, manufacturing, operations, procurement, or technology industry experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·       Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and the ability to move fluidly between enterprise-level priorities and detailed execution.

·       Advanced program management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·       Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation capabilities.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, identify implications, and frame decisions.

·       Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.

·       High degree of judgment, discretion, integrity, and comfort handling confidential information.

·       Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
