Overview:
SOTI’s Product Marketing Team aims to improve product adoption, reach growth targets, support our partner network, and tell a compelling, cohesive story about our products.
As part of SOTI’s Product Management function, the Product Marketing Team is responsible for understanding our core market, communicating the value of our products, and providing valuable insight and content aimed at supporting Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Management, and Marketing.
What You’ll Do :
Product Marketing Support:
- Support the execution of product marketing initiatives, including product launches, content development, sales enablement material, marketing campaigns and other go-to-market activities.
- Support content development and reviews across product marketing channels, including brochures, blogs, presentations, web content and other marketing assets.
- Conduct market, customer, competitor and product research to support messaging and go-to-market initiatives.
- Help coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns by tracking deliverables, timelines, approvals and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product Management, Sales and other cross-functional teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Coordinate day-to-day product marketing activities, including content reviews, asset development and updates, project timelines, calendars and stakeholder follow-ups.
Departmental Support:
- Process internal requests to support the wider business using corporate tools, technologies and procedures including Workday, ClickUp and Microsoft 365.
- Project Management – creating project plans from scratch or from templates, adapting plans to project requirements, tracking progress, following up on tasks, helping mitigate issues, ensuring timelines are met, preparing project briefs and summaries, providing project updates to stakeholders and documenting meeting notes and action items.
- Maintain accurate file organization and version control to ensure the latest marketing assets and materials are readily available.
- Product monthly and quarterly reporting on departmental objectives and KPIs, summarizing data and identifying actionable insights.
- Support expense processes, include Purchase requisitions, approvals and communication with internal teams and external vendors.
Team & Operational Support:
- Support the preparation and distribution of communications materials through proofreading, editing, and publishing content as required.
- Support department SharePoint sites and other internal resources to ensure information and materials remain current and accessible.
- Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day workflows and processes and contribute to implementing improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, document key decisions and action items and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Communications or related program at an accredited institution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Curious, proactive and willing to take ownership of projects and deliverables.
- Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in B2B technology and software is an asset.
- Previous marketing, project management or technology experience is an asset.
The targeted compensation for this position is $55,000 CAD annually. Final compensation is determined by education, experience, and internal equity principles.
