Job Description Summary

At GE HealthCare, we deliver precision health to improve patient lives in moments that matter. Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics business supplies diagnostic imaging agents that help clinicians make confident diagnostic and treatment decisions. Radiopharma is a priority growth area across oncology, cardiology and neurology.
The International Head of Radiopharma Commercial sets and executes a bold vision for what the International business can become. With a commercial base currently concentrated in Europe and a mandate spanning the full International region, this leader defines where to compete, how to go to market and which investments and partnerships will deliver significant growth over the coming years.
The role combines proven commercial credibility with deep knowledge of the Radiopharma industry, strategic judgment and the ability to sell a compelling growth vision to customers, partners, teams and senior leadership. The leader translates that vision into an executable multiyear strategy, secures support and resources, and delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
Strong commercial leaders report into this role and lead day-to-day performance in their markets. The International leader remains accountable for overall commercial results while concentrating on regional direction, future growth models, business development and scaling the organization. Clinical Applications and commercial enablement are also within the role's scope.

Job Description

This role is open to qualified applicants across eligible GE HealthCare locations worldwide.

Roles and responsibilities

  • International vision and growth strategy: Develop and champion an ambitious multiyear vision grounded in market opportunity, customer needs, industry dynamics and commercial economics. Establish growth priorities, investment choices and milestones, and gain commitment from senior leadership and the organization.
  • Future go-to-market models: Define how the business will compete and grow across markets with different sizes, maturity and access conditions. Determine the appropriate mix of direct commercial coverage, distributors, radiopharmacy and manufacturing partnerships, strategic accounts and clinical adoption support, with clear criteria for scaling each model.
  • Market prioritization and investment: Assess opportunities across established and emerging markets. Prioritize countries, customer segments, care pathways and portfolio opportunities; develop business cases that consider market access, supply feasibility, capabilities, investment requirements and expected returns.
  • Business development and strategic partnerships: Identify and advance partnerships that expand market reach, strengthen local capabilities or unlock portfolio growth. Work with global business development, product and functional teams to assess opportunities, build commercial cases, support due diligence and negotiations, and translate agreed partnerships into commercial execution.
  • Market access and value strategy: Bring a strong understanding of differing reimbursement, funding, health technology assessment, pricing and procurement approaches to regional strategy. Partner with Market Access, health economics and local teams to identify access barriers, shape appropriate value propositions and sequence market entry and launches around viable adoption pathways.
  • Leadership through clusters: Set clear priorities, decision rights and performance expectations for sales leaders. Empower them to sustain customer relationships and daily commercial execution, while aligning their plans to the regional growth strategy. Coach leaders, build succession and strengthen collaboration across markets.
  • Commercial performance and resource allocation: Own regional commercial objectives for revenue, volume, share and profitability. Translate strategy into annual plans and sub-region targets, allocate resources across current performance and future growth, and maintain disciplined reviews of forecasts, pipeline quality, pricing and investment outcomes with Finance and commercial operations.
  • Launch excellence and market creation: Lead regional commercial readiness for new products and lifecycle growth. Align launch sequencing with local approvals, access, supply and customer readiness. Build adoption plans across nuclear medicine, imaging centers, hospitals, referral networks and relevant care pathways, with execution led by sales teams.
  • Clinical Applications leadership: Own the regional Clinical Applications strategy, operating model and effectiveness. Align deployment with market needs and growth priorities, ensuring high-quality onboarding, on-label education, protocol and workflow support, and appropriate utilization growth in partnership with local commercial leaders.
  • Commercial enablement: Lead commercial training and PET enablement across the region. Equip Sales, Clinical Applications and sales leaders with role-based training, tools and coaching covering products, disease areas, customer value, workflows, referral pathways and compliant customer interactions. Adapt approaches to local market needs.
  • Customer and industry credibility: Build trusted relationships with senior customers, clinical leaders, professional societies and industry partners. Use these relationships and structured market intelligence to test the regional vision, anticipate competitive change and identify opportunities across diagnostic and therapeutic care pathways.
  • Supply and partner alignment: Work with supply chain, operations, radiopharmacy networks, contract manufacturing organizations and channel partners to ensure growth plans reflect product availability, distribution requirements and service capability. Align commercial commitments with a sustainable supply model.
  • Cross-functional execution and compliance: Align Marketing and Strategy, Market Access, product teams, global Advanced Imaging Solutions, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance and operations around regional priorities. Communicate business strategy to Medical Affairs while preserving its independent scientific role. Ensure commercial activity, clinical education and partnerships follow applicable local requirements and GE HealthCare policies.

  • 5+ years of senior people leadership experience, including leadership of commercial leaders and teams across multiple countries or market clusters.
  • Proven commercial credibility through sustained revenue growth, market share gains, successful launches and delivery of operating results in complex, regulated healthcare markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, sell and execute a bold commercial vision: translate market insight into strategic choices, gain support from senior stakeholders and deliver measurable growth over multiple years.
  • Deep understanding of the Radiopharma industry and its commercial dynamics, including PET/SPECT adoption, care pathways, customer economics, radiopharmacy networks, manufacturing and distribution dependencies, and the relationship between diagnostics and therapeutics.
  • Strong knowledge of European healthcare markets and differing market access approaches, including reimbursement, public funding, health technology assessment, procurement and pricing; ability to integrate access considerations into commercial strategy.

  • Ability to travel internationally as required to engage customers, partners, teams and internal stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

  • MBA, advanced degree or equivalent executive commercial leadership experience.
  • Experience expanding a business beyond its established geographic base, selecting markets and building direct, partner-led or distributor commercial models.
  • Experience leading Clinical Applications, commercial enablement, customer training or clinical adoption teams.
  • Experience with radiopharmacy and manufacturing partnerships, complex distribution networks, pharma partnerships or strategies connecting diagnostics and therapeutics.
  • Experience developing investment cases and securing resources for portfolio expansion, market creation or organizational growth.

  • Strategic and decisive: Makes clear choices about where to compete, how to win and where to invest; challenges assumptions and adapts as market conditions change.
  • Persuasive and accountable: Communicates a compelling case for change, builds commitment across senior stakeholders and follows through on agreed outcomes.
