The Growth Marketing Manager for Innovations will help shape the future of GCash by developing and launching new products and features that support our vision of Financial Inclusion for All. This role focuses on understanding consumer needs, building strong product propositions, planning go-to-market strategies, and driving user growth and business performance through data-driven marketing.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Consumer Insights and Research: Identify target consumer segments and understand their needs, behaviors, usage drivers, and pain points. Use customer analytics and market research to guide marketing strategies and product decisions.
• Product Proposition and Marketing Mix: Develop compelling product propositions and work with the Consumer Segments Marketing team to align initiatives with GCash’s brand strategy and programs.
• Business Case and Budget Planning: Build business cases using consumer insights and user analytics. Estimate growth opportunities and plan advertising and promotions (A&P) investments to meet business targets.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with the Marketing Communications Group to develop communication strategies and go-to-market plans for new products and features. Manage launch timelines and align innovation launches with the overall GCash marketing calendar.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve user growth, transaction value, and revenue. Manage marketing budgets to ensure effective spending and timely reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Finance, Business Analytics, Risk, Legal, Regulatory, and other teams to ensure successful and compliant launches.
• Process Improvement and Team Leadership: Improve team processes and ways of working, align priorities across teams, and support the development of team members.
  

We are looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a related field, with strong consumer insights experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in business case development and advertising and promotions (A&P) budget management.
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn customer and business data into clear insights and actionable plans.
• Excellent writing skills, particularly in developing consumer insights, product propositions, research briefs, and creative briefs.
• Experience developing communication strategies and working with creative teams to deliver campaigns that drive customer acquisition and usage.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, agile work environment and manage multiple priorities.
