About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition, activation, and conversion across Arena’s growth channels.

You’ll own growth experiments across paid, organic, partnerships, email, landing pages, and conversion, working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to identify opportunities and turn insights into measurable growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly analytical, curious, and comfortable testing, learning, and iterating quickly.

What you will be doing:

• Own and execute growth experiments across paid, organic, partnerships, email, landing pages, and conversion.
• Identify opportunities across the customer funnel and develop experiments to improve acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across relevant channels, continuously improving CAC, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
• Develop and test landing pages, messaging, offers, CTAs, and conversion flows to improve performance.
• Build and execute email and lifecycle campaigns to engage, nurture, and convert prospects and users.
• Analyze marketing and funnel data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align growth initiatives with business and revenue goals.

Must-Have Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or a similar role.
• Proven experience running growth experiments across multiple acquisition and conversion channels.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, acquisition, conversion, CAC, LTV, and attribution.
• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, email marketing, CRO, landing pages, and analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to identify opportunities and make decisions.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies.
• Strong experimentation mindset, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluent English

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Experience with SEO, content marketing, affiliate or partnership growth.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, GA4, or similar tools.
• Experience with A/B testing, product-led growth, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
• Experience with MarTech, AdTech, AI, Creator Economy, or digital media.
• Basic SQL or experience working directly with product/business data.
