Description
What we're looking for:
We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer with 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing or B2B demand generation who has hands-on experience running paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit) and optimizing SEO/GEO channels. You should be comfortable building a marketing function from scratch at a fast-paced startup and have a track record of driving measurable pipeline growth.
What you'll do:

Build and manage the content marketing engine — blog posts, landing pages, case studies, customer stories, one-pagers, battlecards, and launch content

Develop and refine core messaging and positioning, working closely with the founders and sales team in-office to deeply understand the product and customer pain points

Drive SEO and GEO initiatives to increase organic inbound demo bookings

Own and execute paid advertising strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels
