Marketing Manager / Team Member

At Chick-fil-A Kissimmee, we are looking for an outgoing, creative, and highly communicative individual who is passionate about people, community, and creating memorable experiences.

This is a unique position that combines part-time marketing responsibilities with hands-on restaurant operations. The Marketing Manager will spend designated time planning and executing marketing initiatives while also working alongside the team as a Team Member serving our guests in the restaurant.

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, building relationships, creating engaging content, and representing Chick-fil-A Kissimmee in the community.

Previous Chick-fil-A experience is preferred.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager helps strengthen the Chick-fil-A Kissimmee brand by building relationships with our guests and community, supporting sales growth, managing local marketing initiatives, and creating engaging experiences both inside and outside the restaurant.

Because this position also works directly in restaurant operations, this individual will have the opportunity to understand our guests, our team, and our business firsthand — helping create marketing initiatives that truly connect with the people we serve.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute monthly and seasonal marketing initiatives
• Build relationships with local schools, churches, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations
• Coordinate Spirit Nights, fundraisers, community partnerships, and local events
• Represent Chick-fil-A Kissimmee at community events and outreach opportunities
• Help identify opportunities to grow sales, transactions, catering, and guest engagement
• Promote seasonal products, restaurant events, and community initiatives
• Assist with planning Family Nights, Kids Events, and other in-restaurant experiences
• Create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return

Social Media & Content

• Help manage Chick-fil-A Kissimmee's social media presence
• Create engaging photos, videos, Stories, Reels, and other content
• Highlight Team Members, guests, events, community partnerships, and promotions
• Maintain consistent and professional communication across social platforms
• Ensure content reflects Chick-fil-A brand standards
• Engage appropriately with guests through comments, messages, and social interactions
• Bring fresh and creative ideas to help grow our online presence

Team Member Responsibilities

This position is also an active member of our restaurant team. When not performing designated marketing responsibilities, this individual will work alongside Team Members serving our guests.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing warm and genuine hospitality
• Taking and preparing guest orders
• Serving guests in the dining room, front counter, and Drive-Thru
• Supporting restaurant operations during busy periods
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Demonstrating Chick-fil-A service standards
• Working collaboratively with Team Members and leaders
• Creating positive interactions with guests throughout the restaurant

Working on the floor is an important part of this position because it allows the Marketing Manager to stay connected with our guests, Team Members, restaurant culture, and day-to-day business.

Previous Chick-fil-A experience is preferred but not required.

Experience in marketing, social media, event planning, community outreach, sales, hospitality, or customer service is also preferred.

Schedule

This is a part-time marketing position combined with Team Member responsibilities.

The individual's weekly schedule will include designated time for marketing responsibilities as well as scheduled shifts working in restaurant operations.

Some marketing activities and community events may take place outside of normal restaurant hours, so schedule flexibility is important.
