Digital Marketing Manager

Integral Molecular is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to build and maintain the digital marketing function. In this role, you will own digital strategy, channel execution, and digital content creation across our commercial business. You'll work closely with the marketing team, Product Managers, Sales, and vendors to build a customer-centric digital program that positions our platforms in a competitive biotech space. Own digital marketing, make decisions, coordinate across teams, and work collaboratively to deliver results.

What you will do at Integral Molecular

Digital Channel Ownership & Strategy

• Own digital ads including search, display, and social media. Lead planning and collaboration with our ad agency and demonstrate measurable improvement.
• Build our digital marketing strategy to reach Integral’s customers based on who they are and what they need.

Content & Campaign Execution

• Own social media strategy for all products. Plan, write, and schedule posts to build engagement.
• Plan and run email and digital campaigns. Draft content, manage timelines and budgets, and A/B test to drive engagement.

Marketing Automation & Operations

• Own the evolving relationship with our Marketo partner. Optimize Marketo with advanced workflows, lead scoring, and dashboards .
• Establish measurement strategies and KPIs, create dashboards, and optimize and maintain a reporting cadence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

• Create a repeatable process for planning digital campaigns across product lines so teams can plan, launch, and measure campaigns consistently.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product Managers, and others to gather customer feedback and align digital strategy with business priorities.

Continuous Improvement & Learning:

• Keep learning what's working in digital marketing and implement those ideas to help the team improve.

The ideal candidate will have

Digital Marketing Expertise

• Proven track record running digital campaigns, managing channels, and driving measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or comparable).
• Strong B2B digital marketing skills. Biotech or life sciences preferred.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong understanding of data; use analytics to guide decisions and optimize performance.
• Experience with digital ads, email management, and SEO/content strategy.
• Familiarity with marketing operations, dashboards, and reporting (experience with AI tools for marketing is a plus).

Communication & Collaboration

• Strong writer – ability to turn source material into clear, consistent copy for social, email, and web that matches our brand voice.
• Excellent verbal communicator who can explain complex ideas simply and work effectively across teams.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or related field required.
