Act as the main Webfleet point of contact throughout customer deployments, ensuring effective coordination between internal teams, installation partners, and customers.
Represent the Field Services department internally for the French market by presenting key operational metrics, project progress, risks, and improvement actions.
Support the Sales organization throughout the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales activities to contract execution and deployment.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed service levels, and with a strong customer experience.
Installation Partner Performance & Cost Control
Manage and continuously optimize the network of third-party Installation Partners across France.
Monitor partner performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), including work order completion times, service quality, no-shows, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Regularly review and renegotiate commercial agreements with installation partners, including pricing, contractual conditions, and service commitments, using operational performance data to drive improvements.
Validate quotations and invoices, ensuring all charges comply with contractual agreements and challenging unjustified costs when necessary.
Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high service quality.
Onboard and train new Installation Partners, conduct SLA reviews, and manage partner performance, including corrective actions, volume redistribution, or partner replacement when required.
Work closely with Customer Support, Customer Success Management, Sales, Finance, and the Quality Coordinator to ensure accurate invoicing and effective cost control.
Strategic Accounts & Customer Deployments
Own the end-to-end delivery of complex deployments for strategic customers and pilot projects.
Participate in rollout planning sessions with customers and internal stakeholders, including Account Managers, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support.
Maintain direct communication with customers throughout deployments, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely issue resolution.
Drive operational excellence while balancing customer expectations, partner capabilities, and business objectives.
Travel
Travel within France approximately one to two days per month to meet Installation Partners, support complex deployments, conduct quality reviews, and strengthen partner relationships.
Who are you?
3+ years of experience managing projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
Experience delivering customer-facing operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, or external service partners, including commercial negotiations and performance management.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to challenge partners while maintaining productive long-term relationships.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with confidence interacting with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, identifies operational issues, and drives solutions independently.
