Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality, Senior Manager located in Prai, Penang /Batam, Indonesia
 

What a typical day looks like:

• Surveys and evaluates future and current vendors.

• Prepares and implements QA Policies and Procedures.

• Reviews discrepancy reports and implements corrective actions.

• Reports progress to customers as required. Maintains contact with customers to ensure their business needs are met or exceeded.

• Conducts presentations to staff as required.

• Establishes QA objectives and creates plan of action.

• Cooperates with top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures and goals.

• Evaluates content of reports from product assurance program department heads and confers with top management in formulating fiscal budget for product assurance program.

• Confers with engineering about quality assurance of new products designed and manufactured.

• Reviews technical publications, articles and abstract to stay abreast of technical developments in industry.

• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

• Have experience in PCBA or Assembly background

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses.

• Must have knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and applicable regulations.

• Demonstrated skills in project management and ability to train others to lead projects.

• International travel may be required.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.

• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

• Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.

• Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations.

• Ability to think strategically, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

• Willing to work in Batam
