Commercial, Partnerships, and Operations Head, VP/AVP
Role Summary:
•Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across key business units
•Plays a critical role in scaling the company's distribution network, optimizing partner performance, and delivering sustainable business growth
•Oversees the Portfolio Acquisition and Management, Merchant Acquisition and Management, Retail Business, and Sales Operations departments
•Provides strategic direction and leadership across commercial, partnerships, and operations functions
•Builds, mentors, and develops high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
•Strong understanding of the fintech, payments, or financial services industry is highly preferred
•Hands-on experience in portfolio management and performance optimization
•Proven expertise in merchant acquisition, onboarding systems, and lifecycle management
•Expertise in retail operations management (multi-site/kiosk operations)
•10+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, commercial management, or a related leadership role
