Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Content Moderation: Carefully evaluate text, image, and video content submitted by platform users to verify compliance with safety codes and operational standards.
- Policy Execution: Utilize moderation software tools to accept, reject, escalate, or flag media based on standard procedures.
- Risk Management: Identify and resolve policy violations such as online fraud, abusive behavior, promotional spam, copyright issues, and explicit material.
- Operational Reporting: Log decision outcomes accurately and report software anomalies or emerging content patterns using internal management systems.
- Continuous Development: Participate in ongoing quality assurance audits, operational check-ins, and guideline refresh courses.

Legal Status
- Work Right: You must hold valid legal documents enabling full-time employment in Bulgaria (e.g., EU/EEA passport, permanent residency status, or an existing Bulgarian work permit). Visa sponsorship is not offered.
Language Capabilities
- Russian: Fluent written and spoken proficiency to accurately grasp context, cultural expressions, and slang in user submissions.
- English: Working proficiency (B2 Upper-Intermediate minimum) to navigate workplace tools, read policy manuals, and collaborate with international management.
Location & Schedule
- On-Site Presence: 100% physically based in our Sofia facility. Remote or hybrid options are not available.
- Shift Availability: Willingness to work an 8-hour daily schedule, 5 days per week, on a 24/7 rotating roster (covering morning, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts).
Essential Skills
- Strong general digital literacy and comfort working with web-based platforms and digital channels.
- An objective, level-headed approach when viewing sensitive or intense online materials.
- Effective communication skills and resilience in a structured, fast-moving setting.
- Former work in tech support, moderation, or customer care is welcomed, but not required.
Compensation & Package
- Base Salary: €1,350 Gross monthly.
- Shift Bonuses: Supplemental financial allowances for working night hours, weekends, and statutory public holidays in accordance with Bulgarian employment laws.
- Standard Coverage: Full statutory health insurance, pension contributions, and paid leave benefits.
Relocation Support
For successful candidates moving to Sofia from elsewhere in Bulgaria or abroad:
- Temporary Housing: 21 consecutive days of fully covered hotel accommodation in Sofia to allow a smooth transition.
- Relocation Bonus: A €1,500 financial grant to help cover initial setup costs, travel fees, or rental security deposits.
- Housing Search Assistance: Dedicated local real estate guidance and support to assist you in securing permanent rental housing after your hotel stay.
Growth & Operational Environment
- Career Development: Clear promotion tracks into Team Leadership, Quality Assurance (QA), Operational Management, or Policy Specialization.
- Structured Onboarding: Paid, comprehensive training covering digital toolsets, policy interpretation, and personal well-being practices.
- International Environment: Collaborate with a diverse, multilingual team in Sofia's expanding technology sector.
Important Operational Note: Due to the nature of content moderation, your daily tasks will involve auditing user-submitted digital content, which can periodically include explicit, disturbing, or graphic media. The company maintains robust Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and psychological counseling services to support your ongoing personal health and well-being.
