Job Summary

Under supervision, analyze and investigate information reported in the internal financial statements and other periodic financial reports. Provide financial decision support with business partners and research and recommend options and solutions for improved business results to senior management. Provide and lead financial reviews process with business partners.

 "MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze financial results, trends, and metrics monthly. • Partner with the onsite stakeholders to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines are met. • Prepare quarterly forecast, annual Financial Plan and Long-Range Plan. Understand & document the business drivers that impact actual and forecast financials. • Partner with the finance team to prepare quarterly/monthly management reviews. • Respond to all relevant queries (including ad-hoc) from stakeholders/leaders in an accurate and timely manner. • Serve as backup to other FP&A team members. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FP&A"
