Business Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9am-8pm; Sunday: 10am-8pm

What You'll Do
- Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
- Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
- Complete follow up's and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store specific management system/s.
- Keep up to date with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
- You'll report to the General Sales Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years of experience in automotive sales
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Previous experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands
- Ability to communicate with customers in person, over the phone and other digital communication channels
- Working knowledge of computer systems and office software
- Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Total Rewards
This position is also eligible for commissions on (“Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”) and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability").
The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700 .
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
