As a key member of our sales staff, you will help deliver a premium customer experience while guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting every customer.
- Build strong relationships with customers, follow-up, and personalized service.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstration drives that highlight product features and benefits.
- Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and consistent outreach efforts.
- Accurately maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM while following daily work plans and appointment schedules.
- Maintain current knowledge of vehicle inventory, product features, pricing, financing options, and manufacturer incentives.
- Guide customers through the sales and delivery process while ensuring a seamless, positive buying experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom and vehicle display area that reflects dealership standards.
- Participate in all required sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development to improve sales performance.
- Mentor and support new Sales Representatives by providing coaching, role-playing, product knowledge training, CRM guidance, and regular communication with leadership to promote team success.
What You'll Bring
- 6 motnhs of commission sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and computer proficiency.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
