Description
The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.
Candidate with less experience will be considered for a Human Resources Assistant role.
You will be responsible for:
assisting the development and implementation of recruitment channels and network for talent acquisition and activities;
supporting recruitment officers and hiring managers in end-to-end recruitment activities, including but not limited to channel exploration, market benchmarking, salary proposal preparation, interview scheduling, and reference checks;
building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings;
upkeeping accurate employment records and assisting in compiling HR related statistics and reports;
contributing to the enhancement of HR operational effectiveness and the enrichment of employee experience; and
participating in ad hoc HR projects and undertaking any other duties as assigned by the Authority.
You should:
possess a recognised university degree preferably in HR Management, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines;
have around 2 years of all-rounded HR related experience, preferably with sizable organisations;
demonstrate an understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations;
have hands-on experience with Workday (would be an advantage);
work effectively as a flexible, proactive team player with positive thinking and a “can-do” attitude;
prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently within a fast-paced environment;
show proficiency in MS Office applications (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and
have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
