Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
40 hours per week . (This is a remote position)
The TA coordinator supports the first steps in the candidate on-boarding experience, including the application process and all paperwork once an offer has been made.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist new applicants and new employees in pre-hire and on-boarding steps.
- Verify documents for work eligibility and complete all required company, state, and federal new hire paperwork.
- Run all required background checks and drug screens as needed.
- Assist applicants in filling out on-line applications and communicating with the recruiter(s) throughout the process.
- Supports multiple operating companies (OpCos),and assists with various tasks as needed.
- In partnership with recruiter(s), coordinate and facilitate high volume hiring events on and off-site.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times, including Marsden, client, and associate related information.
- Monitor and maintain training records.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource and provide guidance for recruiters and hiring managers on recruitment processes, policies, compliance requirements and best practices.
- Conduct periodic audits of compliance background checks, ATS, training standards and review for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
- Monitor recruitment workflows and identify bottlenecks or opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Participate in projects focused on standardization, automation, and process optimization.
- Continuously support employees with issues such as payroll, taxes, employment verification.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to problem solve.
Education and Experience Required
- The successful candidate will possess the following: Bachelor’s Degree and/or one to three years of office experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably Human Resources.
- The ability to effectively use technology, specialized tools, or equipment to perform specific tasks or objectives. e.g. ATS software, ERP software.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
