This position is responsible for leading the performance and continuous improvement of the field service network through strategic program and project management, partner relationship oversight, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.  This role requires a strategic leader who can drive an idea while fostering collaboration across teams and partners to deliver results.  The successful candidate will work closely with the PMO and the leadership team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Job Profile Summary

• Oversee end-to-end management of field service programs and projects. Define processes, establish tracking mechanisms, and ensure performance aligns with strategic objectives.
• Lead day-to-day management of partners and vendor relationships to ensure alignment, accountability, and service quality across the field service network.
• Design, build, and maintain reports that adapt to evolving business needs, providing leadership and field teams with accurate, timely visibility into performance metrics.
• Align and maintain KPIs and goals, monitoring the service network's performance to ensure targets are achieved.  Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate performance results, program updates, and storytelling to senior leadership.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and data-visualization skills, with the ability to utilize raw data for reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power BI, SAP/CUP knowledge preferred).
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience creating polished, executive-level presentations.
• Experience managing relationships with external partners or vendors providing critical business services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to resolve customer-impacting issues with a high sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.
• Experience automating workflows and analysis using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or Copilot is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex programs and projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
